Charlie Hardcastle
The Director
Charlie has worked within a professional football pathway for over 9 years helping develop players towards elite football and offers high level technical detail and game insights.
He is currently the Pre Academy Lead at a Championship Academy.

Head Coach
Aaron offers high level technical detail and has been working within an Academy coaching age gorups U11/U14 and U13 over the past 3 seasons.

Lee has over 12 years experience working within football.
Lee holds a UEFA A License and has worked with Plymouth Argyle Academy and Education along with coaching currently at Saltash 1st Team.
Robert Beighton
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Robert Beighton BSc brings 15 years of experience of working with young athletes. Specialising in sports specific training. With expertise in rehabilitation and correcting bio-mechanical functionality.
Lewis Whittaker
Lead Coach
Lewis has many years of experience developing foundation phase players in Talent Hubs and PAFC Academy and brings wealth of knowledge and detail to the coaching team.
